Comport’s team will work with you to map out a cloud migration plan to tackle your key strategic issues. We will ensure that your organization gets the most value out of the program by using a three-step process:
- Pre-Planning: We will complete preliminary surveys, research, online assessments and document collection to clearly understand your technology environment. We will then review this information and come prepared for discussions.
- Onsite Reviews: Once we get on-site, we will complete interviews with key personnel to understand individual goals and requirements for any business units involved. We will then complete an infrastructure assessment and application reviews.
- Analysis: We will provide an analysis of your core infrastructure and discuss cloud best practices and finding before making a recommendation for your organization.
Deliverables
We will provide a resource for a 5 day analysis of your environment. At the conclusion we will provide a written document with key findings and recommendations. We will review these findings with you and provide recommendations for remediation.
